The SPO Quality Team is the group at Shop Peptides Online responsible for two things: the batch documentation behind every listing, and the accuracy of what the product pages say. This page describes how both are done. It names no individuals, and we hold no certifications beyond what is written here.

Batch testing and the COA library

  • Every batch is sent to an independent analytical laboratory. The site’s testing policy is HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity, and the two results are read separately (our HPLC vs. mass-spectrometry guide explains why).
  • Each report is filed in the COA library under the product name, with the laboratory, report or batch number, purity result and analysis date shown, and the report itself viewable.
  • Where a listing has a posted report, the product page shows its key values in a “This batch” section and links to the report. Where a report is not yet posted for a specific strength, the page says so rather than borrowing another batch’s result.
  • Researchers are asked to match the batch number printed on the vial label to the report before using the material.

How product pages are researched and reviewed

  • Identity data (sequence, formula, molecular weight, CAS number, database identifiers) are taken from PubChem and cross-checked against a second database (ChEMBL) and the primary literature. Where sources differ slightly, both values are shown.
  • Statements about what has been studied are drawn from the published abstracts of papers indexed in PubMed and Europe PMC. Each statement carries a numbered citation, and every reference lists authors, year, title, journal and PMID with a link to the PubMed record.
  • Each key fact is checked against at least two independent sources before it is published.
  • Findings are reported as the study reported them, including the model (rat, mouse, cell culture) and any limits the authors gave. Preclinical results are never rewritten as effects in people.
  • Every page carries a “Last reviewed” date. Pages are re-checked when a new batch report is posted or when the literature changes.

What we do not publish

All material on this site is sold for laboratory research only and is not for human or animal consumption. Product pages contain no dosing, administration or protocol information, no medical or health claims, and no statements of efficacy or safety in humans. Where the literature says data are missing — for example, no clinical safety data — the page says so.

Questions about a specific batch report can be sent through the contact page.
